Reporter / Account Representative

Compensation:
PT/FT, $7.00+ DOE, plus healthy commissions

Job Objective:
Unique position for someone who loves to talk, listen and write! Get the local scoop around town, conduct investigative reporting, writing for print and the web. Manage current advertising contracts and sell remaining available space. Work from home or office, mobile phone and laptop provided.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with community leaders, organizations and businesses to gather news items
• Write news and feature articles on a regular basis
• Sell advertising space for print and web media

• Excellent writing skills (wordsmithing)
