Assistant Manager - Ponderay, ID
Compensation:
PT, $10+ DOE, plus commissions
Job Objective:
Manage staff to ensure the highest level of customer experience in retail and service areas. Perform duties of sales associates and assist Manager with objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Team management.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with staff, small businesses and residential clients via telephone, in-person, and via email.
- Create and implement marketing plans.
- Maintains inventory through; ordering, receiving, stocking, shipping, and merchandising.
- Create to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
